Great organising
Went in and left what we wanted for our trip. Caroline called us a few days later to discuss her findings. Everything was well planned and she took us through it all. Her itinerary was fine.

We then booked with Avalon there and then
Caroline then took a few days to work on our Danube cruise options
Again offering different companies and dates
We then booked with P and O for 2027
Caroline was very happy and excited and enjoyed doing the work
The other staff members joined in to help her
We also had a lovely holiday in Salou last year booked by your Falkirk office

The member of staff was very good…
The member of staff was very good covering all aspects of the holiday and got a good deal. Saw the holiday online, went to the local shop and secured the
holiday. I prefer the personal touch you get at the shop.

Very positive experience
Very positive experience. Miriam was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me decide which resort and area to stay in in the Canary Islands. There was no rush, we didn’t feel under any pressure to speed up and make a hasty decision. Highly recommend. Thank you
