Staff so friendly and helpful

Amy was great arranging our holiday for next year . Also Jacqueline who had taken our request kept in contact through email to tailor our holiday. Find staff in shop so friendly and professional at all times.

The staff were fab as usual. The only disappointment was the fact that the holiday had increased in price from when I got the quote, till a few days later when I had got a hold of my friends and got in to book. It was only £18 each but when this happened to me previously in another travel agents they gave me the price I was quoted first. A similar gesture would have been appreciated if it had been done this time

Lovely experience booking my holiday with Hay's Travel Greenock, I would like to give Alayna a special mention, she was so helpful & provided us with a lot of useful information about resort, & hotel x she was very informative & such a pleasant girl x We will definitely use Hay's again & will pass on our experience to others x Looking forward now to September & our week in the sun x

Jaqueline at Greenock Hays was superb finding us a holiday .No mean feat to accommodate a family of 12 heading abroad to celebrate 70th birthday and a golden wedding and some of the party going from Glasgow and some from Stanstead.
