Friendly and helpful colleague at Hays Hempstead Valley
We went to book another cruise via Hays as we had a positive experience when doing so last year. This year, Joanne at Hays was very pleasant and helpful, assisting us not only with our actual cruise, but also booking a hotel near Southampton the day before the cruise commences.

Great service from start to finish
We were greeted by Alyssa and she took time to understand what we were looking for. Throughout, Alyssa was warm, friendly and professional. She answered all our questions, gave us advice on destinations and the areas we were looking at. At no time were we made to feel rushed and before leaving, Alyssa went through our booking details more than once to make sure we were happy. The branch itself was clean and bright and well-staffed. This was our first experience of Hays, having used Baldwins Travel for many years, and we will definitely come back here for our next holiday booking!
