The ladies in branch couldn't do enough to help us plan our Asia holiday. They drew up an itemised itinerary. For all the tweeks we wanted they were very accommodating and we ended up with the holiday we wanted. Excellent service. If we could give them 10 stars for service we would.

Helpful staff.
It was a last minute decision to book a break and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. The lady was very helpful she suggested a few ideas and we looked at several options before I settled on one. The staff all appeared very friendly.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
The staff at our branch are excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed what we wanted in a holiday and then spent plenty of time helping us to refine our needs.
We booked our previous holiday directly with the operator - our experience with Hays was so much more positive.
