Hays Travel - Hucknall Reviews 

We went in to collect our dollars for another trip and had our usual chit chat with Gemma (to be fair lucky to get her free lol) Long story short we came out with a trip to Mexico all booked up for Easter. We had mentioned returning to a previous hotel when we spoke with Gemma but she dug up a deal from a Midlands departure which was excellent!!!

Gemma at the Hucknall Nottingham branch was brilliant. Listened to what we needed/wanted for our multi centre holiday and if something wasn’t 100% she came back with something else that we immediately booked. So friendly and accommodating and would definitely use them again.

Got everything I asked for with my request and the staff are lovely xx

As Always, the staff were very helpful, professional and very friendly. I always go back to Hayes as I feel very looked after, nothing is to much trouble.

The customer service at Hays Hucknall was excellent. All the staff are very helpful we have recently booked three holidays with Mason. I can’t recommend Hays Travel in Hucknall highly enough. From the moment I walked in, Gemma and the whole team were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to help find the perfect holiday, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process completely stress-free.

Gemma is genuinely outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. She made sure every detail was spot on and kept me updated every step of the way. The rest of the team were just as lovely and welcoming, efficient and clearly passionate about what they do.

If you want a travel agency that actually listens, cares, and delivers a 5-star experience, Hayes Travel Hucknall is the one. I wouldn’t book anywhere else now.

Went into my local Hayes Travel with a query but ended up booking the whole holiday with them. They were so so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Also got the holiday cheaper than i could get it for. Also planning an Australia trip which they said to take in where we want to go and they will plan and price it all up for us. All I can say is wow! What a wonderful experience booking with Mason at Hucknall. What a truly wonderful person, really helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Nicola and Everyone else in the whole shop were so friendly and welcoming we actually had a blast! We booked a cruise at such a great price. We will always go to Hucknall Hays for all our holiday bookings, they will price match any internet price and it’s great having them book for you so you have the option of them handling all your boarding passes/tickets etc. but they are so welcoming and friendly it’s always a pleasure going in to the shop. Mason was brilliant though, a real credit to Hays and we’ve made a friend😊

Popped in to Hayes Travel intending to go to Benidorm ended up going to Gran Caneria for £200 less than Benidorm which was all due to Mason our Hayes Travel agent giving us options that we could not refuse,Mason is a credit to the Hayes Travel team and took time to find us the perfect getaway.

It was easy to talk to someone they made it a pleasant and enjoyable while booking, and very helpful
