Keiran and Elisha were fantastic and very efficient in tailoring our ideas into our perfect trip to New York. One of our party requires a fridge to store her insulin in the room which was a challenge for Keiran but not a problem, he quickly ensured that the room had a fridge for the medication.
I can't recommend the team at Hays Travel Hull (Morrisons) enough.
Thank you Kieran and Elisha for being the legends that you are.

Used this company twice.
I had to cancel my holiday which I had just taken out. It was a no deposit. They tried charging me over £300 which I had to dig my heals in and say no!
I believe other people could have fallen for this little stunt of theirs. This is why they get a 1 star.
Personally I will never use this company again !

On entering the branch i was greeted by friendly staff who were very happy to help. Lots of help and advice regarding my holiday and they were very knowledgable regarding the hotels and area.
