The member of staff that served myself and my husband was helpful and listened to all our queries regarding the cruise we wanted to book. She dealt with all our particular requirements and explained the time line of the booking.

Robyn was brilliant at finding a holiday for us! she spent time looking at different options and finding us a great price.
She printed all of our documents and even offered to check in for us! We had a couple of questions before our holiday and she was able to investigate and answer everything professionally and efficiently. Thank you Robyn for an amazing service! We will definitely be booking with you again.

Robyn was extremely helpful & patient, when booking my cruise. The system was playing up & it was refusing to book my chosen cabin, but she persevered & chatted while we sorted it.
Everyone in the office was so friendly!

I believe her name was Ruby, was very knowledgeable, offered us a good selection of choices to fit our limitations. Everything was completed in around 40 minutes.

Vicky at Hays Travel in Hythe planned for us a fantastic holiday in South Africa. Everything went exactly as planned. All transfers were waiting for us which was very reassuring. Cloie was excelent, knows her subject and works with an efficient and friendly manner. This could be improved if she had a second screen capable of keeping more docs visible and abl to show the customer

Being able to have a one to one contact rather than on line is a big plus for me.
A very special mention to Amy their Manager who goes to great lengths to help find the right holiday to match your needs. She is exceptional.
