Fantastic customer service. I saw a great deal on Facebook so dropped Jemma a message. Jemma replied quickly was very helpful answered all my questions and went above and beyond when I wanted advice on which cabin I should book. I was able to do everything online which is my preference. The whole process was easy and Jemma was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have booked and will definitely be messaging Jemma for our next holiday as she made the whole experience great thank you

We booked a cruise through Jemma earlier this year, and she was so helpful getting everything together. We've not even sailed yet, and have now booked a second. This one had more blockades, but she never came across as anything other than someone who wanted to help make sure we have the perfect experience for our troop. There are five of us, so no easy task! Would definitely recommend, and we'll no doubt be looking to 2025 soon!
