Lucy was excellent in organising our holiday, especially as we had to organise airport assistance and on board baggage for specific medicines.

We had no idea where we wanted to go and Lucy was very helpful in coming up with ideas and found something we were excited about in our price range quickly and we got it all booked and our travel insurance sorted too.

This is the second holiday Lucy has booked for me. She is consistently attentive and listens to my holiday requirements . I am very happy with the deal she has found. Lucy is very organised and patient. A good experience all round.

Great to deal with
Our enquiry was dealt quickly and efficiently by Logan at the Lancaster branch. I wanted a fly cruise to celebrate my 60th birthday in March 2027 and Logan quickly identified a suitable cruise, within budget for the specified dates. At all times communication was quick and any questions I had were very quickly answered. I am very happy with the deal Logan found for us, at a very competitive price. I'd have no hesitation in using Hays Lancaster again for our future holiday bookings.
