Excellent service at a time of crisis and distress.
When my grandson was seriously injured in a mountain bike accident. I needed to get to his home in New Zealand as quickly as possible. I spoke to 2 agents who provided exemplary service and got me on a flight within 48 hours. I was really emotional and panicking and they were calm, kind and efficient. I could not of had a better service.

I have always booked holidays both flights and accommodation myself on line. This year I had read the excellent reviews for Hayes Travel so decided to try them. I have now booked three holidays with them! The staff at the Leamington Spa Office are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Two holidays I booked with Luke and the experience was so good I returned and booked a later one with Joe.I will never do endless searches on -line again. Leave it to the experts.
