Really friendly and gave me all the info I needed during booking so I was happy to go ahead. I have booked a Riviera Yacht cruise with Hays Travel two years ago which was also a good experience.

Excellent Service
I recently enquired in my local Hayes Travel shop ( Crossgates Leeds) about a cruise holiday. We have not cruised before and the advice help and assistance we received from Charlotte and Joanne was first rate . We have now booked our holiday and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to book their holiday (and I found it much better having an actual person to speak to than someone online )
