The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and listened to what I was asking for. I came out with the holiday I wanted and within my budget.

As always we were greeted with a smile from all the staff in Hays. We picked our travel advisor and went to work kn booking our holiday. Vicki the advisor made sure that everything fell into our budget and that we were happy with the details of the holiday, she informed us of everything we were to pay and always made sure that we were happy.

As always staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they go the extra mile to sort out exactly what you need, we usually see Nikki, but all the staff in Maidstone branch are wonderful, we used to use that shop when it was Thomas Cook, so have been going in there for years.
