Excellent service from Natalie yet again.

I was really nervous as haven't booked a holiday in over 13 years, Natalie made me feel at ease and made the process easy. Natalie went above and beyond and was reassuring and caring, I had recently gone to a shop and was made to feel like just another customer, I didn't get that feeling with Natalie she was amazing.

Natalie always goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble.
Will match any price that you find normally and if you ever have any problems before or during your holiday always there for help and advice

Natalie is a superstar. I’ve booked with her for repeated trips because I know she’ll keep me organised and if anything were to go wrong she’d be there to help and support us. Always able to match prices and give us some great ideas for travelling to far flung places but also able to book at no extra cost for the most used package providers.

I contacted them for a more tailored holiday similar to one I’ve seen on another site.
Within two days, they created a fabulous itinerary for me, it was such a good offer they even advertised it on Facebook!
Once I was ready to go ahead, paying the deposit was easy via the Hays website and I was emailed all the relevant documentation. I know that if I need anything from them before I go on holiday, they will be there for me.

Natalie was absolutely amazing, I’ve booked with her before last year and again this year and now I feel like I wouldn’t go else where. The deals are amazing and she’s so hands on to answer any questions. Perfect rep!
