Great experience with Laura at Hays Travel Newcastle
We have had a great experience with Laura at Hays Travel Newcastle. She helped us book a trip around the USA (route 66) and she was great in organising the perfect trip for us. She was really passionate and friendly and really took the time to make it special for us. We would not hesitate to recommend and we can’t wait for our trip of a lifetime!

Recent booking experience
The agent who I dealt with at Newcastle (Beth) was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Trip booked only 2 weeks prior to departure. Brilliant staff
