This is our fourth time booking a holiday with Hays. The service is consistently excellent and the staff go above and beyond.

Hays Abbeycentre ..always a friendly atmosphere when you visit the shop..this is my 5th holiday booked with Hays..they always give best advise ..find the right hotel to suit..definitely recommend..and Laura was amazing thank you 😊

My experience was great Amy had booked my cruise this so I went back to Amy for my cruise next year. Amy was brilliant on both visits she patiently listened to all my questions (I was a first time cruiser) and she was knowledgeable and gave great advice.

Friendly approachable Representative, made the whole process seamless, was very patient and knowledgeable, gave us several options, ensured the holiday was a match for our party of 6 ranging in age from 12 to 71 and explained in detail what was included (luggage, transfers, what was included at the hotel and what was additional etc)

Brenda was very helpful and stayed on past her finish time to make sure we got everything sorted 🙂

Lindsay at Hays Travel in Abbeycentre is absolutely fantastic. She always goes above and beyond to help us book all of our holidays and makes the whole process so easy and stress-free. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to find the best options to suit our needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we know we’re in safe hands every time we book with her. The young lady was ever so helpful and polite ,listened to our requirements and got us the holiday we wanted.

Can’t thank Sharon enough. From my initial call making enquiries about flights to NZ she was back to me so quickly with a number of options and quotes. When I called in in person she was able to give me another quote, at my request, tweaking a couple of things, and within half an hour I’d booked and was just thrilled to have it all organised. Nothing was too much bother for her. Can’t thank her enough. Will definitely be back again.

They are very polite and friendly always willing to help explain everything and phone you if things are going to take longer to get what you want instead of having you wait around

We had a fantastic girl called Lindsay who took the time to listen to what we were looking for.
She was very informative and had great knowledge about the resort and hotel that we booked. A great assist to Hayes.

The girl was very helpful and knew what we wanted we were there about 15 minutes and it was all booked would differently recommend this company
