Booking holiday …
Went into your store with no idea of where to go and unsure of dates also. We were greeted by Lucy and she cudnt have made the whole experience any easier. Gave options of locations. We got a date that suited well. We cudnt have been any happier. Lucy was great and would definitely make me use hays again.

Lindsay Pearce made everything so easy. She went above and beyond to sort out my special assistance as a Type 1 Diabetic, even ensuring we had booked seats near the front of plane for easy access to toilet. She even took the time to look at facilities on a future cruise we are considering.

Friendly staff and Straightforward Approach
Staff were very friendly and buying the gift card was hassle free. Had tried buying one at a different travel agent who wouldn't sell it to me as I had no photographic ID, which I shouldn't have needed as It was a card payment! (there loss and Hays's gain :) )
