Hays Travel - Oldbury Reviews 

We have used hays oldbury for quite a few years now and they have always been extremely helpful. Having had to alter our 5 person holiday to later in the year for personal reasons they were so helpful and subsequently cancelling the group vacation was no trouble. We have now booked as a couple and the service with information to help us was invaluable. RHODES HERE WE COME.

We booked our first cruise with Hays in Olbury in 2024 and we were so pleased with the service and how helpful and friendly Jenny was, we didn't even consider going anywhere else to book our next one. This time we spoke to Summer, who was just as helpful and friendly. She noted down our requirements first and was happy to go through all of the options available that met our requirements. We left the branch having booked our perfect 2028 cruise and safe in the knowledge that we can contact them at any time if we have any queries or wish to make any changes.

Summer was very pleasant and professional.

The lady called Jennifer was extremely helpful whilst doing the booking. Later that afternoon a call and e mail was made to inform us of a little error which was really nice to help us . We have used them before and will definitely be using them again next time.

We think her name was Karen.
She gave us lots of options as to where to stay.
However, as a company, we think you should vet the hotels you use. Alma Beach in Can Pastilla is not a four star hotel. In our opinion it's three at most.
