Very knowledgeable, Caitlin was very helpful, no problems during the booking.

On reflection i was not asked regarding booking a seat number - i wanted aisle seat about row 7.

Is this something you can do retrospectively ??

Luke was very knowledgeable about the cruise and the hotel that we booked, he explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease about our choice of hotel, I felt that enough time was given for me to make my final decision, he wasn’t pushy, and when it came to booking the payment process was simple and straightforward

Caitlin was brilliant she just knew what I wanted.

My partner saw a holiday advertised in the window I spoke to Kelly about it she found me quite a few different ones the same price but we had the original one from the window We are very pleased with the price

We went to oldham after terrible service at another branch. Who did not want to help just kept saying wait wait flights might change or holidays go down clearly not in touch with current climate. Knowing we had 3 weeks to cancel the holidays for a loss of jsut the deposit not the full holiday after what we would consider a major flight change as we would not have gone on the holiday based on those flights. Made no attempt todo anything and few days later asked why I did not go back to them.

We went to oldham and the service we got was better than the service you expect.

The 2 ladies in question Ruby and Kelly were just awsome. Could not help us enough and we walked out of the shop very happy with the service.

They even helped us get a full refund as they were not happy for us toulouse our deposit. We wont be using our local branch anymore. We will be travelling a bit further to the oldham branch everytime

Thomas who looked after us was really helpful I noticed he was a trainee so that made it even better for his learning

Luke at Hays travel Oldham is excellent. We see him most of the time because he knows exactly what we want. Luke is very friendly and you can have a laugh with him not got any holidays wrong yet.

Everything I clueding letting me know if I don't know that if couldnt decide that I could choose the silver or gold the gold was the best one but at prime I chose premium as it the best as it incudes everything I need and more I will be adding it to plans next time

He was very helpful ,found a hotel near where i wanted to stay but was booked up and found another hotel also near where i wanted to stay that was not booked up also helped with how to get to hotel from airport and give me other infomation on where i would be staying
