I only ever book my holidays here, Pontypridd branch. All the colleagues are very helpful but I tend to go to Me-Yen. She knows my needs, I have disabilities and she never disappoints. The holidays are excellent and I have nice complaints. Thank you Hays Pontypridd.

Very friendly and helpful in all aspects of booking our holiday

Staff are always helpful and looking and searching for the best deals to cater to our needs. We haven't had a negative experience in the times we have been using them. Always above and beyond communication and not pushy.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We were given a few different options. Even though we had gone there earlier in the day, we left trying to decide which one to pick. We called back to Hays quite late in the afternoon, no fuss was made they Still made us feel welcome, noting was too much trouble. Excellent service.
