I popped into ask about holidays , especially last minute as I tried to book a holiday in April but was booked in for 2 surgeries . I spoke to Chloe Read , the shop manager who id spoken to a few months before . She showed me some great deals and one was fantastic. The price was excellent and I also got a shop discount . They have emailed me to say tickets and boarding passes were ready and I even got a much better rate of exchange in lira from sterling from 2 companies on line and 4 business in Portsmouth . I got these rate as a hays travel customer . Chloe was absolutely amazing I was very happy to used Hays travel and will use them again most definitely

very very good service

I have always buy travel insurence with Hays I always buy the gold status but I think it is getting expensive is because of my age as I am 62 this year. Ifeel that there should be a set price for older people or alot chance it going without insurance . Eventually I will be looking for expats insurence as I will be moving to Thailand in the future.
