Hays did it again👍

Dawn our Hays Travel advisor was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.
(as they all are in Hays Prescot)
We had budget to work to and an open mind of where to go.
Dawn found us a holiday that ticked all our boxes (and a few more)
We always use Hays Travel for good reason.

We had no experience of cruising but my…

We had no experience of cruising but my wife's grandmother was Norwegian and she felt she needed to experience at least once a visit to Norway. But being unsure and nervous of cruising we were guided by Dawn who reassured us and covered everything we needed to know answering all our questions.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient and understanding with us. Dawn had so much knowledge of the travel industry and has the biggest and most welcoming smile. We will definitely be using Hays Travel for future bookings.
