Charlotte was incredibly professional, enthusiastic and covered all variations of searches that catered for our family.

This completely took out all the stress of trawling through searching ourselves.

Recently booked a wellness retreat with Caroline to Switzerland. Returned from our trip on Monday. Caroline was helpful from start to finish. We have now booked a trip to Amsterdam with Caroline’s guidance. Great service always!

Friendly knowledgeable staff

I’d gone into Hays Travel to enquire about South Africa Safari and gave some dates and the airport which we wanted to travel from. I spoke to Caroline which she gave me a brochure and said she’d look for us and emailed us with her funds. We went into Hays to see Caroline and she helped us book the perfect holiday, with lots of information and help.

Charlotte booked some flights for us and made sure we had everything we needed including travel insurance. Really appreciated her taking the time to explain how to use the app to access the boarding passes!

Nothing is too much trouble, efficient and friendly service. Went through the entire booking to make sure we got what we wanted. Took quite a bit of time, but this was due to the Tui system.
Very happy.

We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our travel arrangements.. the staff at the Ripon branch are all without exception thoroughly efficient, very knowledgeable and friendly. We dealt with Lauren who is a trainee but you wouldn’t have known that because she was really professional, we had to go into branch another day where Nicola attended to our questions, then back again where we booked our holiday through Lauren, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, they are brilliant 🤩

Nicola has been very accommadating and patient with us during our visits. She was very understanding of our needs ,requirements.
