Exceptional service - especially when this customer wanted to change the hotel within a couple of hours of the original booking. There was no quibbling, just careful research to find me another hotel in my price range, by staff who were pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. Couldn't be faulted, we have used Hays travel before and will do so again

Went into Scarborough branch to book a cruise for 2027 were looked after by Isabelle (Izzy) who was fantastic. We’ve booked with her before and she’s fab very helpful and cheerful nothing was too much trouble

Leanne was very knowledgeable about the holiday and cruise i had booked and made the hole process very easy.

Very helpful young lady (kelly) who dealt with us, most helpful and patient, did her best to find us the best deal and accommodation and explained everything well.

Great and helpful staff. An easier way to book a holiday.

We recently booked a holiday through Hays Travel Scarborough and as usual received brilliant service. Victoria really went out of her way to help us find the right holiday - nothing was too much trouble.
We always use this travel agent and always find the staff really pleasant and helpful and this does not stop once a holiday is booked as they continue to provide help and support right up to the date of travel.

I have to commend Izzy for her help. She went out of her way to help 2 elderly ladies. We came in to book a holiday for 1 person as I had already booked mine and had us put together. We also finished up booking another holiday for both of us which we hadn't intended booking when we came in. Lovely to get good friendly service

Everything I asked for, very clear on the weeks journey and port stops. Showed pictures of all the stops. What I will be able to see.
Showed the cruise ship and choice of cabins, gave me some clear advice which I appreciated!
Cruise extras explained so I could choose my best fit.
Also journey options to get to Southampton.
Cruise booked for next year!
