The staff are friendly and helpful. Booking process explained and just a nice atmosphere in the shop at skelmersdale.

Professional, friendly approach , offered assistance in my request to book a holiday .
The previous week Janette had advised me to pick a few trips I would like and she would help me find availability.
Kelsey , explained Jeanette was not it but she could assist .
Excellent service , as out of 10 holidays only 1 met my needs .
Kelsey was patient , encouraging as the "list ' was getting smaller but Selsey was able to find a holiday to suit my needs .

The service and the welcome I receive is just absolutely wonderful from any member of your staff they’re all very pleasant knowledgeable and I have known them for many years and I book all my holidays in Hays office Skelmersdale every year once or sometimes twice a year. They all give you the best service and explain and double check all the information on your booking and answer any questions you might have. I book practically all my holidays through Hays. I find them very helpful and have even priced matched holidays for me. My 1st point of call in the branch is Ann-Marie (Skelnersdale) whether in person or by message she is always there to help me. I have messaged at some early and late times over a holiday that I might've seen. She has always answered me and nothing is a problem.
Booking is no problem once you have decided where and what you want then everything else is straight forward.
