Booking was so easy and Louise took great care to find me the trip I wanted. She even managed to find me a room on the floor level I preferred. All in all a stressless and enjoyable experience. Felt at ease straight away. Will definately book through Hays again.

After a horrible experience with our first booking when a member of the party dropped out, the whole thing looked to be a disaster.

And Connor (Stockton on Tees) stepped in. He isn’t just incredibly knowledgeable, but seems to have indomitable patience and after going in ready to open up and really dress someone down, we left delighted and booked on a new, exciting holiday with better information and everything sorted without issue. Top marks to this young man.

All staff helpful didnt have to wait long. Even rounded down the holiday (only a few pounds but even so every little helps these days and not heard of this before)

I booked Krakow for me and my other half and Joanne was so helpful, even though she was new she was chatty and smiley and really gave us a positive experience, talking to us about insurance and day trips and answering every question we had.

I went in to book a trip on Thursday and Louise the agent in the Stockton shop did an excellent job of getting everything satisfactory and an excellent quote. The next day I discovered Sunderland had added £600 to the cost within two hours of me leaving the shop. Both myself and my travel companion were extremely angry at this so I went down to the shop on the Friday. Again Louise did an excellent job dealing with Sunderland who I thought created a crisis out of something that could have easily been sorted out without this drama and I was less than impressed with their antics. In the end Louise helped me sort the problem and return the quote back to its original price. I was very satisfied with the Stockton staff who were very supportive of a customer but thought Sunderland to be staffed by idiots. 5 stars for Stockton 1 for Sunderland.
