We were disappointed that the price had increased when we came to boo the holiday. We only enquired about 3pm sunday afternoon and came to book it at around 3pm Monday and it had gone up. We thought the first price would have been held for us. We had to check with our friends holidays from work before we could pay.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Book all my holidays with Hays Travel. Love them.

Very helpful advice given and I would like to day how lovely the lady who dealt with me was ( sorry I don’t know her name but I hope you feel better for your holiday on Friday ! ). We are both looking forward to our amazing trip to Barbados. Highly recommend Hays Travel if your dream holiday is not coming up right.

I will need assistance at airport and she told us she would.organise this and ri g us monday. On Sunday had phone call she had sorted not only my assistance but had managed to seat all 3 of us together which was exactly what I wanted.
100% recommend Hays . Definitely be going there for my future holidays

The last time I booked with you was a disaster. If you have a record ,we had le gthy correspondence over an issue regarding the (RIU) Monica hotel in Nerja not the Monica in Cambrils.That issue was eventually resolved.Since then our daughter has booked with you on numerous holidays and will honestly not go anywhere else.So, we gave Hays another try and like our daughter, we will never again go with any other company. Our booking at your Talke Pits store was a pleasure, so easy and comfortable. I have had several holidays with Hays travel and I cannot fault them. I usually deal with Natalie who got to know myself and my son well and so she looks into details and advises. I had to amend a few things that were an error and missed off and Natalie dealt with these changes promptly. This is why I come back as I feel nothing is ever to much trouble for her. The booking of the holiday was quick and felt effortless and the advice and service was again really good.

We received the usual knowledgeable and helpful support in finding a holiday. Stacey was brilliant, as usual.

While booking a holiday I found the travel assistant who served us to be very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was delighted with the experience as it is the first time we have booked with Hays travel and we will definitely book next.
