We went to our local Hays travel at Talke to get a quote for a holiday. We sat down with a lovely assistant named Holly, she went through different destinations with us that we were thinking of. Nothing was too much trouble, she went over and above to find us a good value for money holiday. She was so professional and pleasant, we will definitely be going back. Thank you for helping us.

Booking a cruise with P&O at Hays travel.Michell was excellent in handling our booking for a P&O cruise in the baltic sea. She was knowledgeable about the kind of cruise we were seeking. How easy to book it was and the helpfulness of staff

I think the lady who did my booking was fantastic helpful in ever way towards my booking for July 27 nothing is to much trouble for her I think Holly was her name. As always with myself I firstly go online and get the best price either at cruise .co or igloo cruises then I always go finally to Hays travel your price was initially higher than the online prices but after discussion with her manager Holly was told to match the online prices Wonderful news to me hence that’s why I keep returning to Hayes
