This was the first time we'd used a travel agent for a number of years. We can't fault the service. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Stacey was particularly helpful.

We arrived not too sure of what we would like to. After a short while Clare had a very good idea what would suit us.

I first rang and spoke to Stacey who was so very helpful then she sent me an email with all the details. We were so impressed we went in yesterday to meet her and she was so helpful and friendly so we booked the cruise😋 I am nervous as always done this with friends but I now feel confident that I can go back to Stacey if I am concerned about any thing.

Booking made by telephone to the Tavistock Office and Jo was extremely pleasant to talk to, and very knowledgable about our cruise, the ship and destination. Also very helpful with ideas.
