Booking our first family holiday abroad was made incredibly easy by your wonderful team. Amelia couldn't be any more helpful of she tried and she was is really knowledgeable about different things and went above and beyond. The atmosphere of the branch was welcoming and everyone was really helpful. We will definitely be booking our future holidays through yourselves

Walsall - Branch-Be more understanding and cooperative - incorrect booking of the hotel made - went back within 30 mins of booking but agent would not want to change the booking - haven’t wait for 24 hours .. Not acceptable at all .
Next day had a call and the agent said I need to pay further over £900 to change the booking - this is totally unfair and truly unacceptable - punishing someone for a change request.
Not help full or understanding staff …
