Dianne is very approachable and uses her professional skills to ascertain what will meet our needs and then uses her willingness to work hard to make all our arrangements with holiday providers.She makes the booking process so wonderfully easy.

I emailed the Birchwood office to ask when Joe was there I received a email back off a staff named Bev to say Joe would be in the next day we went the next day to see Joe he knows what we want and need to make our holiday as always he greeted with a smile Holiday all booked Thanks Joe

Bev (Assistant Manager) was superb. Once again, she demonstrated a professional courteous approach to our request. Her product knowledge was extensive and we were sorted out with our first river cruise together within minutes.
