A lovely lady helped us book a holiday and everything was easy and smooth.
We have gone on two more holidays since and booked direct with tui because the cost was considerably lower than booking through hays,which means they are not the cheapest way to book

I have never used Hayes before and went in with open mind on where we wanted to go for a short break and Philip was very helpful and we found something suitable in no time. it was nice to have someone do all the on-line stuff without the stress.

The service was good
The service was good. Very friendly staff. The only issue was that the computer wouldn’t load the flights correctly and Julie had to spend time on the phone to get them booked.

Philip was amazing he was so attentive…
Philip was amazing he was so attentive and really listened to what we wanted he found the perfect Las Vegas holiday for us and was able to provide us with hints and tips for our holiday as he had first hand knowledge of hotels and attractions …
In terms of service he could not of done anymore for us really supported us from start to finish and found us an absolute steal 5 nights in Las Vegas with flights and hotel for lest than £800 pp
