The booking of my holiday was over several months due to set backs on my side and it was great that the agent always made me welcome (never felt that I was seen as a waste of time) and the agent was very helpful. It was always easy to continue from where we had left off. It was good to go through a number of choices that met my needs and also to have other relevant choices highlighted.

It was an enjoyable experience and I would happily book with Hayes again.

Julie at Clifton moor York was excellent. Very friendly relaxed got us the holiday we wanted and took the time to make sure all the small details etc were complete. Would always use Hays for our holiday needs
