Unfortunately most cones arrived…
Unfortunately most cones arrived broken. Not Hanley issue really as I’m sure they were packaged whole but clearly somewhere along the way 3 boxes I only got 25 full cones. I managed to adapt and make do with what was sent but need to think of how I can get these not cracked next time. I am between a 2/3 star.

Apologies that you received part of your order damaged. With our new website, we did have an issue where fragile items were being ordered without the usual call to order option due to the fragile item policy.
We recommend fragile items are ordered in cases of 10 or more so they can be delivered on a pallet. You are welcome to order less than 10, but due to this being delivered via parcels, this would be at your own risk.

Lower free delivery fees please.
Got everything I needed, at a reasonable price.
I feel the free deliveries should be £100, instead of £160.
That way I could buy more regular and so would others I know.
