I am speechless !!
The order was never received. The driver came took a photo of it by the door and then took the parcel and retook a photo of the door with no parcel. I was out and yet he recorded it was signed for. I have photographic evidence in the form of a video.

Had a serious problem with my delivery…
Had a serious problem with my delivery (boxes dropped and contents destroyed). Reported this and replaced with no problem. Thank you. Customer service were excellent, and product (Icecream mix) also ecvellent.
