Beware! DO YOUR RESEARCH.
Beware! Had my suspicions due to a very poor reputation. Throughout the visit, the conduct and thoroughness of the inspection were seriously alarming. Not to mention the lack of knowledge from the “ Professional “ carrying out a lending valuation. Which became apparent after receiving their incredibly low valuation.
Please take serious consideration before allowing this company to be instructed.

Very happy with survey
India was efficient, polite and friendly. Survey was carrried out with no disruption to ourselves.

Very professional throughout from the start of the process, the on site survey and production of the report I would highly recommend Harvey Donaldson and Gibson to anyone in and around Moray looking to king for a Home Report survey. Friendly and approachable staff throughout.

Andy scrimgeour is the best thing since sliced bread! I was so happy with his service. Efficient, quick and fair! HDG are the best firm in Scotland for home reports and Andy is one of the reasons why. He deserves a pay rise!
