We ordered a bed and a mattress from Head2bed. The communication with the company was very efficient, informative and friendly. The goods arrived on time and the assembly of the bed was dealt with by two very nice and friendly men. They did a good job, made sure that all was in good order, took away all the packaging and left us with a great quality product. We are very satisfied with all aspects og Head2bed service.

No issues from start to finish. The 2 guys who installed the bed and bed side table were fast, polite and couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleased with the furniture too. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service from this company. Bed arrived on time and was assembled - everything perfect.

I would have to say that the customer service for this company is amazing!! I ordered the bed when moving house and the company were very accommodating when it came to the delivery. I had to schedule this around having carpet fitted at the same time and the person that I dealt with was really helpful.
My only gripe would be that I ordered a Euro King size bed, thinking it was a King Size bed (and not realising that there was a difference) and this means that the mattress that I have ordered for the bed is too small.

Altogether my experience with head2bed – from quality of product to excellent customer service not forgetting how amazing the bed looks – has been truly the best experience I had with an online purchase. I would also like to mention the delivery team that assembled the bed which was very nice and effective!

We were a bit sceptical about ordering a new bed on line without seeing the finish or quality, but it was a lot cheaper than any we had seen in the shops so we thought why not. And it was great!
The bed is very good quality and very comfy. The ordered was delivered when they said it was going to be. Someone phoned the week before to organise the best day and even managed to give an approximate time, The delivery guys were polite, quick, built the bed well, and took all the packaging away with them.
I'd highly recommend Head2Bed to anyone.
