My Order 1001243416 ten days from League City to the East Coast of Australia. So exciting tracking delivery. Three way Charlotte Beanie, Trinity Turban, Cardani Cuddle Cloche Hat. And a lesson online with tying square scarves, fabulous.

I love, love, LOVe, LOVE Headcover scarves! They're the perfect size, quality, feel and style. Light enough so that I'm not sweating in them at night when I'm asleep. AND! They come with a matching scrunchie. If that was in the description I missed it, so it was a delightful bonus and surprise. I also love the scarf tying instructions they include. So great, so helpful.

I have shopped with Headcovers.com before and have been very satisfied. The variety of products is great. You can tell this is a family-owned business by the way products are prepared for shipping. The tissue paper wrapped with sweet stickers. The magnet with uplifting message. All this adds to customer appreciation. I will continue shopping with Headcovers.com.

Shipping took awhile but the result is well worth it. High quality nice looking fabric. Super soft and fits so well. I’m planning to buy a couple more colors.

I am offended by the email I received. I made an online purchased and called as soon as the company opened to change my method of payment from PayPal to a credit card. Even though this was only 2 hours after my purchase, I was told it may not be possible but the woman who took my call would check and get back to me. She never did. Instead I got an email that my order was canceled and that a “standard payment review” was not successful with a credit card and if I wanted to make a purchase it would have to be by bank wire transfer! First, they did not have a credit card number to charge since it wasn’t determined whether the order could be changed or canceled when I spoke to the agent. Second, who has ever paid with a wire bank transfer? Maybe in 1980? Insulting. I didn’t make this purchase without doing some legwork and this wasted my time. The only positive thing is that I found the same wig on NameBrandWigs.com on sale for $100 cheaper!

The sleep cap I ordered is comfortable and good quality, but unfairly priced in my opinion at over $20.

Including an inspirational magnet in the package was a nice gesture, but it had a bible verse on it which felt patronizing since I am not Christian.

Ordered 2 beanie hats for my husband, going through chemotherapy. wore one of them once, threads pulled out, the other hat has a loose thread on the seam. poor customer service, i was asked to send them back?
would not order from headcovers again.

Of course it would be better to have the ability and circumstances to try your products first. But that is not the life that we live anymore.

These HC are very high-quality and they have the options of natural materials like cotton, silk, bamboo etc. I really hope that I they will add linen products also .

I found the brand Cardarni years ago on this site. I love the new styles, the material and the softness of the hats I ordered! Excellent service and excellent products! I am well pleased!

I like the concept, but the ponytail hair is too shiny and the tendrils are too long and too thick

The head covers are well made with quality, soft fabric. They are thoughtfully packaged with hear felt messages. It’s a blessing when going through difficult times.
