We waited in all day for a package as an email stated an actual delivery day but an exact time not guaranteed. It failed to arrive. The delivery tracking via the email was worse than useless. Updated... See more

Great quality products

I purchase HealthAid products for some time actually from a local pharmacy. Great quality products and life saver for many health issues. This was the first time I’ve ordered the product online. Easy to order, fast delivery. Thank you.

Thank you for the swift delivery

Thank you for the swift delivery! Arrived earlier than expected, and perfect timing as I just ran out of my last bottle. Brought a couple of bottles this time, and with your reminder notifications coming in, I will be purchasing directly from you again, to avoid bottle running out. Great service and fantastic product!

Great products, British made

These are very good quality vitamins, I love the Brewers Yeast and chew them without water because they have a lovely beer taste. Will be using HealthAid again

Worst Parcel Delivery System - Poor Communicationion

I have ordered "MultiMax for Women Tablets × 3 pieces" on 13th October 2025 and was informed that the parcel would reach India in 15 days. however, the tracking number received in the email is not working on any of their websites including the Royal Mail which is an official delivery partner of Healthaid.
I made several calls to their HO, as a gesture they released another parcel on 4h Nov but that too is not yet received.
My experience is really bad with Healthaid in particular with their delivery system, i have in fact paid in advance for the items and i see no optimum solution to this case.

Great and trusted products

Great and trusted products, disappointed with the way they are packaged though! SO much plastic tape when more eco-friendly tape is being used by other suppliers. The Wotsit-like fill? Is it recyclable? Maybe say so if it is?

BAD : I was so pleased to read the review by…

I was so pleased to read the review by Maxi Tosh who mentioned these vitamins contain bulking agents and listed them as they are not mentioned in the bottle. 0 Bulking Agent - microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (SCMC), dextrin, dextrose, lecithin, sodium citrate, magnesium stearate….
These are junk ingredients which will cause people harm.

My son took these for the last two years. He started to get rashes and could be hives on his face that would just flare up for no reason whatsoever. His skin became red sore, very itchy in patches on his face, around his nose... repeated visits to the doctor who could not determine the reason (wanted to do blood tests to get to the bottom of it, the temporary solution would be he would have to put hydrochoritizone on to calm it down. A few days later, after vanishing it would reappear. After a long time we realised that the only addition to his life style and diet was this product. He immediately stopped talking it and no more RASHES on his face or body. I looked up the side effects on skin of these ingredients listed : it says can cause side effects of rashes and HIVES. Who would have thought a 'natural?' multi vitamin could compromise his skin so badly for something that was only meant to help.

These are very low quality supplements…

These are very low quality supplements which are being sold at very high prices; I brought “vegan” vitamin c (1500mg) tablets for over £20,00 and here is what they contain:

Bulking Agent - microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (SCMC), dextrin, dextrose, lecithin, sodium citrate, magnesium stearate….

These are junk ingredients which will cause people harm. Why do you fill your product with them? simple…to boost your profits - AVOID Health Aid

ecame acquainted with Health Aid in…

I became acquainted with Health Aid in my local pharmacy; I was looking for Vitamin C, when I saw a single box of Health Aid's Vitamin C. The box was well designed, a feature most conductive to the eye, I purchased it. On taking the Vitamin I was most impressed with no lingering taste. The box and Vitamins suggested Quality at a most reasonable price. I was impressed and placed an order direct with Health Aid. The parcel arrived a day sooner than expected; delivered and tracked by Royal Mail. The service and product are AFC: ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS
