The CGM devices do not sync properly with the App. In the earlier occasions the App used to read the value with a single touch to the CGM, however, this time it is hit and miss i.e. reads after after 5-7 times trial and errors

I ordered CGM with Order number - HSF61334
and reading were completely inaccurate, it was showing a variation ranging from 75 to 125 difference from actual Glucometer test via blood.
We have been following with Healthify for long via email and chats...
but no response.
Worst product and worst customer service.
Never buy the CGM from Healthify !

Continuous motivation and followup by the coaches is great. The macros and micros tracking for the app is very helpful in the journey to health management.

Unpleasant dealing by Healthyfy me
This company is manipulative and very unfair in dealing with the customers. They do not show the conditions for enrolment and manipulate a loan in ur name through ICICI Bank. Even though i wanted to cancel the enrolment & get refund money, they say that there is no scope.The lady dealing with the matters talked rough & straight negative for any help. As i have never got any advice from their coaches with nil benefit and i didn't require as my blood sugar level was wrongly tested to be so high, 200, i requested to cancel. She told me to get some free products in stead of return of cash, but never did they contact. My bank is deducting money regularly.
What to do? I want my money back as i did n't get/avail any benefit.

This is the worst service and…
This is the worst service and dieticians are rude. They won’t respond on time and mainly their behaviour is rude I’ve changed multiple dieticians everyone is almost same. I regret that I wasted my money for this Healthifyme, I suggest not to choose this mainly if someone wants to follow diet strictly. I feel even this single star is worthless for this one. Please don’t regret after paying money. The only words we hear form dieticians are, they always fall behind us to refer someone for their sake. So don’t fall for their offer and false promises.

This program is a scam . I signed up for this program in September 2023. I did not lose even a single pound. They told me they will return my money If I did not like the program in one month which never happened. They charged me double for CGM machine. There business office will not return a phone call for a week. They are so lost . Business office is very rude .
They have no ethics quite often they lie. I will not suggest anyone to sign up for this program.I wasted my money .
