The bottle has cheap quality and is leaking when shaking it

I have changed my plan 3 months to 1 year and I was given assurance that I will get a boat smart watch but till time nothing came to me. No response

Inaccurate app and service

Initial hiccups in delivery but the customer support team was helpful to resolve the issues.

Continuous motivation and followup by the coaches is great. The macros and micros tracking for the app is very helpful in the journey to health management.

Healthify is a great app with active team who are constantly working towards making experience great with constant features additions. They have great team of professional coaches who are from different backgrounds making it easier for any background person to connect seamlessly

Excellent customizable diet plan and workout plan based on my need

This company is manipulative and very unfair in dealing with the customers. They do not show the conditions for enrolment and manipulate a loan in ur name through ICICI Bank. Even though i wanted to cancel the enrolment & get refund money, they say that there is no scope.The lady dealing with the matters talked rough & straight negative for any help. As i have never got any advice from their coaches with nil benefit and i didn't require as my blood sugar level was wrongly tested to be so high, 200, i requested to cancel. She told me to get some free products in stead of return of cash, but never did they contact. My bank is deducting money regularly.
What to do? I want my money back as i did n't get/avail any benefit.

This is the worst service and dieticians are rude. They won’t respond on time and mainly their behaviour is rude I’ve changed multiple dieticians everyone is almost same. I regret that I wasted my money for this Healthifyme, I suggest not to choose this mainly if someone wants to follow diet strictly. I feel even this single star is worthless for this one. Please don’t regret after paying money. The only words we hear form dieticians are, they always fall behind us to refer someone for their sake. So don’t fall for their offer and false promises.

This program is a scam . I signed up for this program in September 2023. I did not lose even a single pound. They told me they will return my money If I did not like the program in one month which never happened. They charged me double for CGM machine. There business office will not return a phone call for a week. They are so lost . Business office is very rude .
They have no ethics quite often they lie. I will not suggest anyone to sign up for this program.I wasted my money .

I feel it is better to stay on free plan, but even you stay in free plan they just force you to take some of their plans. The diet plans suggested by their trainers are not customized to the north-south thing. Also the trainers call at wrong times when you are engaged in some other activity. IT IS A BIG MISTAKE to purchase any payment plan in this app. Also for me recently one lady told that they will extend your plan for 4 months period for 4000 bucks but it is still reflecting as 3 months only. Support team is bad.

The coach and trainers may not be fully empathetic of your situation. I have been a user of this app since 2020 and I do not feel very satisfied.AI Feature is the only good recent addition where it gives feedback on your daily intake.

They have the worst support ever. Nobody responds to support emails even though you write like 100 times.

I was approached by one of their cc team member Sana, and i have very clearly explained her about my condition that i have heel spur and planter fascitis so my condition gets worse with any workouts. She promised that if there will be any issues the money will be refunded. I also agreed to her and paid the amount after two weeks my condition got worse and my orthopaedic dr ask me to stop all the activities for a period. When I approached healthify me team they denied to refund the amount. First thing They never asked my for my medical report or test reports before structuring diet plan and excercise plan for me so how they can give me a random structure. They are making people fool Don't get trapped in their sweet talks.

Waste...they are not thinking about health conditions and etc while pausing the course...money waste...

They make you fool tottaly coaches are not available on time and didnt call on time worst experience wastage of money

It's a LEGIT SCAM…… They keep promising big things but provide substandard services. I'm still fa ing such issues with them. And they don't even give you a refund if you want to close the plan midway.

I used the Healthifyme Pro Diabetes plan for 1.5 years & nothing happened. Only lost my money, mental health & peace of mind. Moreover, they will torture you mentally soooo much if you ask them for refund. I've attached the screenshots of my complaint on twitter. PLEASE HELP ME SPREAD THE WORD SO OTHER'S DONT SUFFER.
