Simple and convenient process

Easy process to submit claims, although it is tricky to navigate at first to find the right place to submit. Quick and efficient in processing the claim and provide payment.

difficulty finding the claim forms

I originally had difficulty finding the claim form on the web pages. These links were not in an obvious place.
I therefore reverted to a postal claim which then went through and money paid in to my account in a decent amount of time.
Making the claim form link more accessible would make claims a lot easier .
