Yes , those wins are fake. I might spent more than £100, different days, time.. People who are winning seems fake. Don't waste your money there or on lottery.
First you will be have a name like gambler, second you will loose your money. I was hoping I could win at least something small like Vaucher, but all seems fake. All money are going to someone's pocket. I feel so dumb to believe and spend my money on this from my salary.. you will have money if you work, don't spend on stupid stuff, on expesive food...

It’s actually not funny how soul destroying it is having to listen to the same 4 songs every hour or so. It ends up making you despise songs you probably wouldn’t if they were on a normal radio station

Sent a birthday message last night they didnt say it , tried a again today from two different phones ,made sure to send as soon as the new host started but nothing ignored but other people's messages get said might seem petty but not an isolated incident

Same playlist on a loop each day, every day, I know every song and all the lyrics, total rubbish, capital is no better and has the same owner, at work they play these stations and it’s so repetitive it’s depressing. You’re too sweet for me and season of the sticks are especially annoying.

Absolute tripe!
Same old artists and tracks each and every day, often 4 times a day.
Clueless presenters, moronic laughter.
Real local radio has gone and replaced with this trash for useful idiots.

Have listened to Heart radio for a few years now, apart from one female presenter thinks it's all about her, constant me, me, me, listening every morning especially after 10 was really good, but now on a Saturday there are two new presenters on a morning that have replaced Kelly Brooke and JK these two together are brilliant, so funny and enjoyed listening to them, Kelly is a great presenter and so funny, unfortunately I have switched over to another station, sorry Heart

Heart are so so repetitive. Heart are so so repetitive!! Hozier every hour. I mean, there are literally millions of songs available yet you are clearly contractually obliged to regurgitate the same every hour. For that, you are lucky to get one star. Mix it up! Stop giving away so much money, that you get back in fees anyway and invest in content.

"Oh my god" "oh my gosh" "oh my god" ...sound familiar cos that is all that this weekday morning female presenter knows....and the other weekday afternoon 5pm ish female presenter screaming when she "talks" is enough enough enough repeated million times cant this person talk in a normal voice tone?....the repeated songs of Hozier, Teddy Swims and others 100 times a day literrally is driving your listeners insane... not to mention actually doing these artists no justice...Heart has so much potential to be the best but you choose to drive insanity... yes I dont listen much anymore preferring to listen to other chilled but very good variety radio stations. Its affected me so much that I had to take the time to do this review, which is not something I normally bother with.

Ever thought Heart and Capital have similar playlists, well they are both owned by Global, so yep, not your imagination.
The same playlist now since at least September 2024. Not good.

I entered a competition in December on the jagger and woody evening show which I was lucky enough to have been picked and win the prizes on offer .
The prizes were a meat hamper , a two night lodge stay and £100 , I received the hamper and conformation of the lodge but after being told the money would be in my account with in 24 hours but now 3 months later all I have received is a £1.
After many emails back and fore where I was made to feel like I had stolen the money and been untruthful about receiving it the people involved realised they had sent the money to another account totally and as of today (11-02-2025) still haven’t received the prize money .
£100 isn’t going to change my life but if that’s the advertised prize surely I’m due this money as I won it .
Bitterly disappointed with this whole process I pity any one who may have one the bigger prizes with this company .

Our office has had this radio station on for the better part of a year. During that time our staff have halved and one of the reasons sited was this radio station. I am in no way exaggerating or joking with that statement.

They play the same handful of songs on repeat multiple times every single day without fail to the point of insanity and we're losing the mental fortitude. It's becoming something of a social experiment of seeing how people react to Shaboozey and Hozier on endless repeat with only the occasional brief reprieve of adverts or Amanda Holden cackling.

I won a holiday in October with cinema tickets and spending money ..i have had very little contact .. just a link for my details .. .. the prize has now changed to no cinema tickets or spending money.. I have called them twice .. its really poor and frankly fraudulent!

I love Jamie and Amanda in the am but I can't continue to listen. Heart appears to have a library of circa 50 songs and these get played ad infinitum. Its soul destroying. Songs I used to love have been played to death and for my own sanity, I have to change stations.

The worst radio station of all time. Words can't describe how brain numbing Heart FM is, after our workplace having it on every day I can safely say I would rather bang my head against a brick wall than listen to Stick Season one more time. I am truly considering having a lobotomy so I can never hear Heart FM again. I beg that you sort it out I never leave reviews on anything but this has caused me so much trauma and pain and darkness in my life I cannot fathom how Heart is still successful. Please revaluate the music you play. A man can only hear Beautiful Things so many times before losing his mind.

Listening in a workshop at work, you must play Teddy Swims every 10 minutes. Why?!!

Had to listen to this station at work, constantly day in day out. How many times can you play the same songs over and over and over again without someone at the top asking" perhaps we should check the playlist".
They are still playing the same songs over and over again that were played 20 years back.
I could almost predict the next song that was coming next.
Then low and behold Christmas comes and we get bombarded with Slade,
The Pogues, Wizzard, John Lennon, etc, Who are these strange artists who never get a single play during the year.
Please stop the torture, its painful.

The same absolute rubbish being played on repeat, these broadcasters should be embarrassed. I wish nothing but the worst for this station!!!!!!!

It's appallingly bad, soul destroying.
Irritating jingles constantly. Annoying and childish presenters. Many, many ads.
The same songs are repeated over and over again.
Unfortunately I am forced to hear it as it is played at my workplace.
I stopped going to one of the local pubs because I couldn't stand listening to this tripe that they were playing.
I hate, hate, hate this trite rubbish. 😔

It’s a con to attract listeners simple as

C'mon Heart , don't be disappointing to your listeners, and be told what you can and can't do by this corrupt government or BBC,
Play it loud and clear the real
Christmas song of the people,
Freezing this Christmas,
PLAY IT.
