Louis of Heatcraft did a great job in fixing an internal drain blockage that was making my washing machine inoperable.He expertly and professionally re-worked and installed additional piping as well as doing a thorough job in removing the blockage from the garden side, using the specialist equipment skillfully. Happy with job.

Great service. Prompt response and helpful and professional engineer.

Heatcraft were nominated by our home insurance company to check on a leaking toilet once we discovered staining from around the boxed in pipework. They initially attended on Bank Holiday Monday to assess the issue and report back to our insurer, and as soon as the authority was obtained they were back to cut the panels away and replace the leaking soil pipe on our 8 year old house.
Great work and communications and minimal fuss and disruption.

A very cheerful young engineer fully explained his service procedures and confirmed everything was in excellent order with our gas boiler.

His working area was left clean and clear.

Good to get a phone call about half an hour prior to his arrival so we were prepared for him.

Did a great job getting our boiler fixed, explained that their supplier couldn’t deliver parts over the weekend but all fixed by Monday as communicated. Slight delay between communication between them and insurer but otherwise they were very helpful would use again.
