Lovely gentleman that came out for my yearly service for gas fire and boiler very helpful

Fantastic service from HeatFix. I phoned this morning and within an hour an engineer came round. We have have had problems with our boiler ever since it was installed a few months ago. Almost immediately the engineer, sorry I can't remember his name, identified that two pipes were installed incorrectly. He rectified the installer's error and we had instant hot water for the first time in the six months since installation. Couldn't be more pleased with the service he gave us.

We phoned for a boiler service this morning and managed to get a cancellation for this afternoon.
Engineer (Darren) turned up at exactly the time he said he would 😊
Very professional and polite, we were very impressed by the overall service.
Darren also advised us on a service plan that would totally suit us.
We will definitely use Heatfix Scotland again.

Had our boiler serviced this morning by Gary. He phoned in advance to say when he would arrive. Carried out the service efficiently. He was very pleasant & polite.

Graig arrived on time and was very pleasant, he explained everything he did and reassured me that our boiler was working well, excellent service would highly recommend Heatfix

Darren arrived on time and got on with servicing the boiler - good comms and no mess

David was great. He arrived on time, explained how he found a problem with the boiler, showed me what it was & explained what the part did, fixed it, & cleaned up after himself.

Darren was great. He explained fully what was needed and why. Everything was cleaned up when leaving. I was very happy with the service.

Annual service carried out far better than the service that was done last year unfortunately did not get the engineers name but very through very pleasant and very helpful

Called 5/10 minutes before arriving as promised. Andy was professional, well mannered, efficient and very knowledgeable. Checked over all radiators as well.

Craig arrived when he said he would and carried out the service diligently, while taking time to answer questions I had relating to the boiler.

Darren came to do annual service on boiler, he arrived on time and conducted a thorough and professional job. Advised me of an issue with my boiler that had been overlooked by previous service engineers. Very happy with his work and looking forward to him returning to complete the repair.

I struggled to find a company to service an LPG boiler. I was recommended HeatFix and I wasn't disappointed. The booking was easy and they were able to attend within a week. Darren called before he arrived (as promised) and he carried out the service with skill and care. The whole process was a pleasure and I would use HeatFix again and recommend them to friends.
