From an initial health insurance renewal enquiry, an hour later I had saved myself over 4K by talking to Jerome Vaughan. He listened, was extremely patient and switched my cover to a much better policy and less than I paid last year! Exceptional service and I have already recommended him to my husband and sister. Followed up my quote promptly
Followed up my quote promptly. Answered my questions about cover. Only thing was the quotes engime was not transparent about who was going to ring me up, felt like a cold call, my phone said suspected spam. I was a little uncomfortable with this.

Great service
Heath Crawford made every effort to contact me in order to advise me that they had negotiated a better deal with my health insurance provider. Had I not responded, my insurance would have gone ahead at a significantly increased rate.
