Heating & Catering Parts Reviews

Helped me when I needed it, even on a Saturday afternoon when I was having issues. Helped swap a wrongly ordered part (my fault) with no fuss and an immediate refund upon return of the (wrong) part. Can’t say I’ll pop in for a chat as I’m in South Wales, which is a fair distance from Newcastle.. but, given the service and help, I will definitely order parts in the future. Thank you

Needed to get a fan for a Vokera Unica HE boiler- the service and advice that I from you was second to none- definitely recommend your services to any one looking for spare parts and advice. Thank you so much for your speedy response

disappointed, searched online for a timer, Heating and Catering Parts came up, I ordered the timer, when it arrived it was clearly 2nd hand, there was no mention of this on the original advert, nothing.

Very helpful through out finding fault through what’s app chat

Great item, great price. Super fast delivery.

Arrived earlier than expected. PCB in perfect working order. Fitted and boiler running perfectly.

5 stars, highly recommended

Great company. Refurbished parts purchased for my old boiler and fitted by an engineer without issue. Good price and very quick delivery.

Delivered in record time and worked with no problems. Well packaged. It would be great if it didn’t cost as much or you offered a discount if I returned my old PCB to you guys for recommissioning thinking about sustainability.

I needed a new Baxi 105e diverter valve replacement 248061 and found one on there website and was thrilled to have found one which offered a speedy delivery. The description was spot on and the pictures showed all the required seals needed to refit the new components, perfect.
It arrived within 2 days but there wasn’t any seals with it, I emailed straight away and was asked to send photos of what I had purchased, surely they would have known from my order number. I got a quick response saying they would be shipped out.
Still no seals, so emailed again after a week and told it would be sorted and posted now we are 15 days since ordered and still waiting!
Can’t fit without new seals

Excellent turnaround from order to delivery, very good prices and I’ll be using them again.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. I can’t fault it at all.
