Reliable and straightforward installer

We are only too aware of the pitfalls of air source heat pumps, having had a cheap (and inadequate) one for ten years. The experience with Jay and his company is quite different. Our new Panasonic Aquarea is neater, more efficient and much quieter than the old one. Jay and all the guys working for him were great to deal with and came when they said they would. It wasn't an easy installation and they had the patience and skill to problem-solve as they went. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reliable and straightforward installer.
