I sent off my drone controller to be repaired, Heliguy informed me that this had to be sent to Dji then to be resolved. i then occurred £15 postage charge to return my controller. very disappointed with the service and would advise anybody wanting a repair to go elsewhere.

I completed my GVC training and passed with Heliguy under the instruction of Tom. I had very little practical experience with Drones so was a bit worried on how it would all go. I now feel confident in flying Drones in the future, Heliguy are very professional and patient I would recommend them 100%.

Passed my A2 drone certification first time with 93% pass rate. I would say for sure that the course goes into vast depth, and is communicated in a professional, clear manner. Ryan from the training team conducted my theory exam, and was fantastic. Great energy, and an asset to Heliguy.

I recently completed the GVC course with the HeliGuy team and couldn't recommend them enough. The course was well structured split into different modules with tests at the end of each. Each video within each module clearly explained the theory and learning. In addition to the course, I booked some training in with the team who were very knowledgeable and friendly (a must if you want to sharpen up your flying skills and totally worth it).
Special thanks to Odysseus and Brad for your training and knowledge throughout and to Ryan for your assistance with the ops manual and document help! Would 100% recommend HeliGuy to any company or individual.

I’ve just completed the A2 CofC course with Heliguy. Massive shoutout for Andrew at the training team. I called up to discuss the tight timeframe I was working with and he was more than accommodating. I asked him to validate my practical declaration and evidence last minute on a Friday afternoon, then to squeeze me in for my theory exam on the same day. Andrew did this straight away for me, when I was expecting to be told it couldn’t be done. He’s an asset to the team and has ensured that future purchases and training will be done with Heliguy. The course was very in-depth, much more so than I expected, with video lessons instead of just reading from a screen. The whole package is great. Thanks Andrew and Heliguy!

I don’t often write reviews, as I sometimes feel they don’t fully reflect the hard work people do behind the scenes. However, I have to make an exception for Louise in the retail department. She’s truly outstanding. Her dedication, reliability, and consistent hard work have never let us down—especially during critical moments when we’ve needed support the most. Louise is a real trooper, and I sincerely hope her managers see this and recognize the incredible asset they have in her. Thank you, Louise!

We had Lois and Andrew for our 5 day course. They were both absolutely brilliant! Any subjects that needed more explanation they managed to say it in a way that made more sense to me. The practical element was taught at a pace that for someone who had never touched a drone before hand I felt comfortable at the end of the week. Very encouraging, great instructors and made the whole course enjoyable.

I had a fantastic time with the Heliguy team, using the content provided, learning and the team are incredibly helpful.

I have just completed my GVC Course with Heliguy. From beginning to end I can’t fault them. Andrew and Bradley who taught the practical element were faultless and nothing was too much. They explained everything in a way that I understood and were very accommodating due to the weather conditions we faced, to ensure we optimised our training. I will definitely be using these guys for any future assistance or courses.

Andrew and Brad, the pace of learning was perfect, instructors worked really hard to get all the learning done in the course and adapted things with no issues. Made things really stress free and relaxed and tailored to us. Best course I’ve done through work purely down to the instructor team.

We had a three day course with Andy and Brad which was amazing! They worked super hard through the days to ensure we all passed our GVC and were competent. Even with the challenges of the weather they stayed late to make sure we had adequate flying time. The course was thorough and felt tailored to our job role and how we would use each feature and in which scenario.

Very good! Andrew and Brad are very approachable and very professional. They were very accommodating with weather issues and we tailored the approach to the weather conditions and the instructor team went completely out of their way to maximise our flight time. They are a credit to the company and offered their experience and expertise specific to our emergency service role.

A great course, presented very well by Tom. The whole day was informative with plenty of great discussions and knowledge sharing across different sectors.

Heliguy again demonstrated how they go above and beyond with Andrew noticing there was a degraded part on my drone. He swiftly arranged for the technical team to renew the part which elevated my respect for Heliguy and those who represent it even further.

Superb training package, easy to use, well thought out and enjoyable.

We had a great time completing our VLOS course with Bradley and Odysseus, despite the unpredictable and miserable weather. Our instructors were very helpful and made the time very enjoyable.

I had three days with Brad and Ode, they were both very professional, helpful and made the training stress free. They are both very knowledgeable about drones and legislations. From day 1 - 3, they were ready to go for the day at 9am.

I was a little nervous because this is something I've not done before but throughout the whole time, brad took the time to explain all the exercises on flying the drone and made it stress free for myself. This really helped my confidence and for my assessment.

Had an excellent 3 day course with Odysseus and Brad, Ody went above and beyond to make my experience less stressful. Always on hand for all questions with great knowledge and answers.
