THE. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE SO FAR!!!!!
I bought a folding Hummer 02 mountain bike, 11th of April but instead this get Road bike after 6 weeks of put my order! I I could even understand the situationbecause of COVID etc, but during all that 6 week I didn't received any information about my order! I kept email them with the question of what is going on?, where Is my bike and when is approximately the date of delivery?! They start to respond after when I get the wrong order...and the explanation to me was :
Dear Customer, Sorry Don’t worry !!!!!
...and same story again!! Next couple of week send to Helliot a lot of emails with question about my correct order and send anyone to collect the wrong one!!
Another 2 weeks gone and I stud in the same point with wrong order only get new information about DHL, which been curry company of Helliot during that time! Finally, after sending every morning message, they are on the way to me for my collection, DHL
COLLECTED OF ME WRONG ORDER!!
In another few days a get another parcel of Helliot thru DHL and.. CAN NOT BELIEVE when I opened the box!! There was the same wrong Road Bike, which they sent to me previous!!!!
Same story again!! A lot of emails been sent to Helliot. But this time they respond only once and promise me sort they mistake ASAP! And.. after this nothing more happen! I even opened a despite by PayPal because my payment gone from them! Another3 months PayPal sent me some details about final decision made by them( there is long term like 90 or even more days for respond for seller)!
So, that's all!! All my story!! I stuck with road bike which still is in box and nothing seems like someone from HELLIOT coming for collection and send my money back!
Someone advised me to send wrong bike to company to Spain, but honestly that cost over a £100!! Few weeks ago I’d been redundant by COVID, so spend over £100 for delivery is too much for this time for me! Even if I would have sent them back, I no trust nobody from that company and going the same way, I haven't any guarantee for getting my money back at all!!!!!
So in my personal advice is STAY AWAY OF THAT COMPANY!!!!!!!AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. We bought a bike for our 16 year old son for Christmas. It arrived with a damaged fork and it was up to us to find a replace a new one. The seat kept coming loose and the tyres were useless. My son was riding the bike to school and the handle bars snapped which made him come off his bike in the road! The quality of the bike is absolutely terrible. Customer services was useless and took a long time to get any response. Regardless of the photos we sent it was up to us to repair and replace. We only had the bike 3 months and it basically fell apart from poor quality. We asked for a refund and we were refused, that’s not how they work was their reply. So we went through the process of refund through our bank without any problems. We were then threatened from Helliot bikes that they would take legal action against us. 1 year later we feel we can write this review. Please do not waste your money, this company sells very poor quality bikes and very poor customer services - you have been warned!

The aspect of the bike is amazing but poor quality!
The aspect of the bike is amazing, I hear people on the street saying how nike it looks and that is very satisfying, but the quality is a bit poor...one of the brake cables broke, the front bearing started making noises, the pedal shaft is not in place and the weldings on the frame are very poor ( small holes that will make it get rusty soon). All of that in less than a month of keeping the bike INSIDE during the night.
You get what you pay for.
Not a bad bike for the money. The frame and wheels are great but some of the other components feel cheap. Prepare to have to update them pretty quickly. The brakes work but just. The handlebar stem comes loose regularly and you have to be careful. I have the Brooklyn 36 and it doesn't get any of the usage that I thought it would due to how dangerous a loose handlebar stem can be.

I bought the arizona fatbike and shipped it to the Netherlands it costed 5 days till delivery even due to covid 19 i can do wheelies no handers and stuff like that easy assembly

The bike looks good, and actually is pretty cool, but the quality is very bad. Less than a month and it started to do all kinds of sounds. The bikeshop that assembled it also told me many parts had very low quality

Easy, good product with easy instruction. Only the delivery time was a bit long but understandable due to COVID-19. I would order here again!

I am happy with the delivery service and the product. Delivery was just within the window of dates given. I have not given 5 stars however as I did send an email but did not receive an answer. Also the assembly instructions could have been better. I didn't have any problems with assembly as I am an engineer but someone without this a ability might struggle with it.
Beware, this is not a real bike company
Beware! All positive articles about this firm are written in the same style English... kind of like it was one person writing it.
Bike order went ok. The bike arrived and was unable to be put together. It was taken to a professional bike shop and they were also unable to put it together. Contact with Helliot Bikes and was sent a form with address to send the bike back. Paid out of our own pocket to send it back, but Helliot refused to receive it and it is being returned to us. The case will now go to the lawyer and will follow through for the principle of it.
My advice: don’t buy these bikes.
Advice from the professional bike builder : don’t buy this as it is not really a bike. Super heavy frame and the due to design flaws, it can not be made to work properly.

The bike I ordered was a Bangkok, absolutely stunning piece of artwork. The Bike is light, the seat is slightly uncomfortable however what you pay for is what you get. The Frame and design astehticlly deserve a 5 star blows the hat of anything at halfords.

ABSOLUTELY awful product and service. Worst bike for the price range for sure:
- sent with no assembly instructions
- sent with a broken wheel the company refused to change or refund. Extremely BAD and unpleasant customer service
- extremely poor materials (4 large repairs in one year with no heavy use)
It's a pity to be so negative but do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUT ANY BIKE from this company. You'll be literally burning your money.

Order went great! Ordered via the website to The Netherlands, shipment was earlier than expected and bike was delivered without a scratch. No complaints!

Delivery was slow but expected in these times, the problems started when the bikes arrives all looks and not depth.
Had the bike 4 month (bangkok) been told it will cost £200 for repair thats after already having the gears fixed brakes rewired and chain replaced!!! NO !!! response whatsoever from helliot who have completly ignored my emails. Don't waste your money on what looks a good deal, rubbish product, rubbish customer service.
multiple issues
Bike came with no tracking, so it just arrived (good job i was home) within my first ride the middle gear broke had to strip down and fix, brakes are all lose.
Main issue is the back wheel bolt is broken and bent, the front suspension is hollow and will bottom out with any weight. Meaning ive had to buy and new front suspension.
Any ride on the bike I have fear of the front forks bucking under a bump and snapping.
No seat bar had to buy 3 sizes and send back ones that didnt fit.
Beautiful bike, one of a kind. Only reason it's getting 3 stars otherwise it'll be 1-2

Delivered on time and in good condition. Amazing bike for the money, great value. A little heavy for my 12 year old to ride but he'll get used to it. Looks great too with the fat boy tyres. Very Happy...

I'm unsure why there are some bad ratings but probably an unfortunate experience. On my part I am super happy, not only with the bike I bought (Hummer 2 Folding) but with the whole customer service. The bike was delivered super fast and easy to put together. I'm already saving for my next Helliot :)
It’s outrageously!
My personal recommendation is: don't buy a bike by Helliot. I'm really not a picky person, but after I got the bike with 7 coloration defects, I realised it was not what I had expected for the money I paid. It had to be a present for my boyfriend, after assemble works he told me: "I'm happy with the present, but if somebody wants to buy a bike, I wouldn't recommend to do it by Helliot", which also indicates a poor quality of the product.
The most interesting part was my effort to strive for the money refund for the defects. The person who replies to the emails of the customers named the defects "small aesthetic flaws" and requested from me a "deliverly note" and the number of the order.(In fact it was jast a show, they were totally indifferent to my problem and didn't want to do anything.) So I contacted the deliverly firm on my own, and it sent me ofcourse back to Helliot, because the carton was not damaged after the delivery. As for the number of the order, I didn't know it! Because they didn't put any purchase receipt in the carton with the bike and I also didn't get any acknowledgement of my order per email. I was so angry because they made me do their work for them and send them something that even doesn't exist. As I told them that my patience was wearing thin and that they could have tried to find my order with other informations I gave them a long time ago, they just ignored all my emails.
It is so outrageously. Especially this story with "deliverly note". I often couldn't understand what they mean in their emails, including this deliverly note and where I can get it, and they explained everything so bad, as if they wanted me just to give up because of all obfuscation and difficulties.
