great delivery
the bike i got was delivered fast, been riding it since i got it and until now the only complaint i have is that the back weel seems to have a dent in it but for the most part its a good mean looking bike

I bought the Helliot Road Bike Sport 003 last month, the delivery was pretty fast as I got the bike delivered in less than a week. Assembling the bike was not as easy, although it came with the instructions and the necessary tools I had to bring it to a professional. After I used it for the first time I found that the breaks and the chain needed some further adjustments. I used the bike few times after these were fixed and it’s going great so far. Good value for the price.

Ordered the Helliot Hummer and received the bicycle in a bad state. Received a damaged frame, derailleur didn't fit so bought and mounted a new one to the rearwheel axis directly instead to the frame. Brake disc from front was bent and didn't fit. Frametube for mounting the saddle was also bent (oval) and needed some additional work to made fit.

Good services and good bikes for the price

On 28.1.2020 I ordered a Bike Sport 03 refurbished (at 30 EUR less than the new one) with an order confirmation. I received a scratched frame with no wheels, one pedal, and broken and missing parts.
After my complaint I received arrogant answers. Until today I have not received any refund.
I regard such behaviour as criminal and warn everyone doing business with Helliott.

Good bikes nice and easy to handle. I had a problem on delivery but they resolved it somehow

I ordered online a bike in Germany. The quality of the bike is acceptable for the price. The shipping was fast and it arrived in good condition. The staff was kind answering questions via WhatsApp. In summary, the bike components are not great quality but it is generally a good value for money as far as you are willing to assemble it yourself.

A few small scraches on frame other wise fine

Good price-quality bike. The shipping was super fast. Really happy with the product. It needs a few adjustments at the beginning but nothing difficult for regular bike user.

Brought a scooter from Helliot, arrived with a faulty battery that couldn't last 30 minutes on eco mode. Contacted them and they sent me an address to return the scooter. Once the scooter was sent they denied receipt of the scooter despite the fact that my tracking showed they had signed for the delivery! I even sent them the tracking number and they said that wasn't good enough and that they needed a delivery note??? £200 down the drain, I was tempted by the low prices. Please don't make the mistake I did absolute fraud of a company.

I have bought a fat bike and I do not recommend it to anyone, the front suspension is stuck, the brakes are of poor quality, the left pedal crank has bent in a week (I already had to change it), the gears are bad, It only works well in 2 speeds, the frame arrived damaged and where the wheels are attached, it bends easily, the bearing on the handlebar is also very poor quality, the only thing that is saved are the wheels, it shows that the bike is manufactured in China with very cheap materials, if you want a bike of this type, I recommend that you spend a little more money and do not buy it in helliot bikes

I had the bike assembled at a shop and the workman phoned me to tell me that it's a piece of junk and I should send it back. He said that it's unsafe to ride as the wheels are poor quality and will break, it has parts of screws missing meaning they will fall out soon, the brakes barely work and the gears are poor quality. He told me I'd been ripped off if I paid more than 50 euros for it. After a few weeks of light use it's already clunking and I'm worried it won't even last more than a few months.

In short: DO NOT BUY

A bit difficult to navigate through the site. But, once I got to the bike I wanted, smooth from there on. Bike arrived in time and it was in the condition one would expect.

And then I’ve paid for 2 bikes I just wanted 1 but by accident and I wanted to decline the order they told me no please don’t.
We will refund you the money , and send one bike I said ok.
Ive received one bike with a hole in the front wheel also
2 months further now asking them every week for my money of the other bike

Quick delivery, good scooter, enough battery to get me to work and back, bit noisy, shame I didn't get a reply on Facebook page but overall good purchase

I receive my Oslo mountainbike within one week from purchase. Fast shipping thinking about we're during Covid Time! Great! The mountainike is very good considering the low-cost price. I'm very satisfied and I think I'll buy again on Heliot-bikes!
